Sydney announces senior audio engineer and contract coordinator positions

Two senior roles have opened in Sydney's professional services sector. Norwest, a leading technical production company, is hiring a Lead Audio Systems Engineer to design, deploy and optimise audio systems for corporate events, live entertainment, sport and broadcast productions. The role can be full‑time, a six‑month contract or freelance, and the successful candidate will mentor technicians and work alongside project managers and technical directors.

Ventia Pty Limited is also recruiting a Contract Coordinator for its City of Sydney portfolio. The position will manage Ventia’s subcontractor network, overseeing onboarding, performance, compliance and financial administration for roughly 250 assets. The role includes monitoring work orders, KPIs and service levels, handling escalations and collaborating with schedulers and operational teams.
