Sydney FC signs Olivia Price and three others

Sydney FC has announced the return of experienced midfielder Olivia Price for the upcoming 2026/27 Ninja A-League season. The 30-year-old, who previously played for the club from 2013 to 2017, brings over 100 national competition appearances and former captaincy of the Young Matildas to the squad.

In addition to Price, the club has signed Josie Wilson and Poppy Tay. To further bolster the roster, Sydney FC has promoted Lauren Nada, Chelsea McCredie, and Asha Sutton from the Female Development Squad. These signings are intended to provide depth and cover for seven players currently participating in the U17 FIFA World Cup with the Junior Matildas.
