Rob Cockerill has assumed the role of Executive Head Chef at Bennelong in the Sydney Opera House, introducing a new menu that includes dishes such as Coral Trout with bergamot emulsion and Black Angus with Maitake mushrooms. Additionally, The Bridgeview Hotel in Willoughby has launched a monthly wine dinner series featuring various Australian wineries, including Tyrrell’s Wines and Clonakilla.
