Sydney Opera House announces 2026 On The Steps concert lineup

The On The Steps summer concert series is returning to the Sydney Opera House Forecourt for its fifth consecutive year, beginning December 1, 2026. The upcoming season is notable due to revised NSW Government capacity regulations, which now allow outdoor events on the Forecourt to accommodate up to 7,000 people. This increase has allowed for the release of additional tickets for previously sold-out performances.

The initial lineup features nine performances spanning from December 1 to December 12. Headlining artists include Rise Against with Dropkick Murphys, James Blake, DMA’S, Wolf Alice, Dizzee Rascal, Dylan Gossett, and Spacey Jane. Live Nation expects more than 50,000 attendees across the 2026 season, with further performances to be announced.
