Sydney to host 2027 Super Netball Grand Final

Sydney will host the 2027 Super Netball grand final at Afterpay Arena in Sydney Olympic Park on July 31. This marks the first time the league decider has been held in Sydney in 18 years, dating back to the former ANZ Championship.

Netball Australia and the NSW government announced the event, which is expected to draw 8,000 spectators and contribute over $4 million to the local economy. The venue is also scheduled to host the Netball World Cup one month after the grand final.

NSW Premier Chris Minns stated that the government is working to increase investment in netball, ranging from grassroots facilities to bringing major sporting events to the state.
