For New Year’s Eve, Sydney hosts a range of ticketed parties with guaranteed harbour‑front fireworks views. House of Splendor at the Opera House offers front‑row viewing of both the 9 pm and midnight displays, premium food stations and free‑flowing drinks. Opera Bar provides an eight‑hour festival‑style event with seafood raw bar, live bands and DJ sets, also front‑row to the fireworks. The Sydney Opera House Western Boardwalk gala includes a four‑course meal, all‑inclusive drinks and a dance floor beside the harbour.
