Sylt launches fifth season of Lions Surf Camp for local youth

The Lions Surf Camp Sylt is set to begin its fifth season on August 22, 2026. This initiative, a collaboration between the Sylt municipal youth welfare services and the Lions Club Sylt, provides local children and adolescents the opportunity to learn or improve their surfing skills under professional guidance.

Weekly sessions will take place at Puan Klent beach until the autumn holidays. The program is designed to be inclusive, with the Lions Club covering most costs to ensure access regardless of a family's financial situation. Participants pay a seasonal contribution of 50 euros, and all necessary equipment, including boards and wetsuits, is provided by Curlys Surfschule.
