Sylvester Stallone discusses daughter Sophia’s engagement

Sylvester Stallone recently shared details regarding the engagement of his eldest daughter, Sophia Stallone, to Michael Sheehan. The actor described the moment Sheehan formally asked for his permission to marry Sophia as unexpected and overwhelming, noting that the traditional approach caught him off guard.

Stallone expressed high regard for Sheehan, calling him a ‘great guy’ and noting his composed manner during the request. Sophia and Michael became engaged in August. Stallone, who has been married to Jennifer Flavin since 1997, noted that he had never experienced a partner of his daughters asking for formal consent in such a traditional way before.
