Sylvester Stallone discusses potential Creed IV return and art investments
Sylvester Stallone has indicated he would consider returning to the Creed franchise for a fourth installment, provided certain conditions are met. While the actor previously announced his retirement from the Rocky Balboa character following Creed II in 2018, he stated in a SiriusXM interview that he would participate in Creed IV alongside Michael B. Jordan if a suitable story is developed and if longtime producer Irwin Winkler is not involved due to an ongoing ownership dispute.
Separately, Stallone revealed that his most significant financial gains have come from art collecting rather than his film career. During an appearance on The Overlap podcast, he noted that investments made in the 1980s in works by artists such as Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol have yielded massive returns, with some individual pieces valued at over $40 million. He expressed regret over selling certain works too early before their market value surged significantly.
