Sylvie Clavel to debut textile sculptures in Sambuca di Sicilia

Artist Sylvie Clavel is returning to the public eye with a new exhibition in Sambuca di Sicilia. The showcase, titled “(In)quietudine tetrasensoriale di nodi,” will feature eight figurative textile sculptures permanently housed in the Church of San Calogero.

Organized by the Municipality of Sambuca di Sicilia with support from Gibellina 2026 and the Diocesan Museum of Agrigento, the exhibition focuses on the concept of the knot as a metaphor for connections between cultures and collective experiences. The installation is scheduled to inaugurate on Friday, September 18.
