Sylwester Wardęga faces charges in Poland

Sylwester Wardęga has been presented with charges by the Mława District Prosecutor's Office regarding a video titled ‘Boobsman’ released years ago. The charges relate to Article 197 § 2 of the Penal Code. Wardęga has provided explanations to authorities and has not pleaded guilty.

Separately, financial reports regarding the company Boxing Challenge, which is linked to the Cancer Fighters foundation, have drawn scrutiny. In 2025, the company's costs totaled approximately 355,100 PLN, with 218,200 PLN allocated to the salary of president Jakub Michalski. The company organized four galas during this period without employing additional staff. The Cancer Fighters foundation responded by stating that Michalski ceased his role as director in September 2025 and that the decision to liquidate Boxing Challenge had been made prior to recent press reports.
