Sylwia Peretti marks third anniversary of son’s death with Instagram tribute

Polish TV personality Sylwia Peretti observed the third anniversary of her son Patryk’s fatal car crash on 15 July 2023. She posted a lengthy, emotional message on Instagram, recalling the hours after receiving news of the tragedy, describing the emptiness of returning to a now‑empty home, and thanking followers for their support. She wrote, “Wracam do pustego domu,” emphasizing her continued grief.

The post also mentioned that her husband, Łukasz P., is currently detained on accusations of large‑scale fraud involving EU development funds, with a potential sentence of up to 25 years. Patryk’s accident in Kraków, caused by excessive speed and a blood‑alcohol level of 2.3 ‰, also claimed the lives of three other passengers, and the investigation was closed with Patryk deemed the driver.
