Symphony VR project launches immersive musical experience in Ferrol

The ‘Symphony’ project, an immersive musical experience powered by virtual reality, has opened to the public in Ferrol. Supported by Fundación la Caixa, the traveling exhibition allows participants to experience the Mahler Chamber Orchestra through a 360-degree lens.

Users wearing VR headsets and headphones can virtually visit locations such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona or explore the interior of a handcrafted violin. The experience features films by Igor Cortadellas and includes a welcome from conductor Gustavo Dudamel. This initiative is part of a 10-year tour that aims to visit approximately one hundred cities across Spain and Portugal.
