Synektik president sells shares for 215 million PLN

Cezary Kozanecki, the founder and president of Synektik, has sold 615,000 shares of the company through off-market transactions. The sale, conducted via Melhus Company Ltd, totaled approximately 215.2 million PLN at a price of 350 PLN per share.

Kozanecki stated the sale was intended to meet personal needs. Despite the transaction, he intends to remain the company's largest long-term shareholder with a 16.8 percent stake. He noted that since the company's debut on the main GPW market, the share price has increased by over 1500 percent.
