Synology releases FC600 360-degree indoor IP camera

Synology has released the FC600, an indoor 360-degree PoE IP camera designed for ceiling mounting. The device features a 6-megapixel sensor capable of producing 2560 by 2560 pixel resolution at 30 frames per second.

Utilizing a fisheye lens, the camera provides full coverage of a room, making it suitable for businesses looking to monitor large areas with fewer devices. The FC600 integrates with Synology’s Surveillance Station and includes a microSD slot for local storage. Installation requires a wired connection via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) or a 12V power supply, as the device does not support Wi-Fi.
