Syracuse Mets eliminated from playoffs after loss to Lehigh Valley IronPigs

The Syracuse Mets have been eliminated from the playoffs following a 5-4 loss to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in their season finale. Despite a late-season push, the Syracuse loss combined with a Rochester victory secured the IronPigs' position and ended Syracuse's postseason hopes.

In the 11-inning matchup, Jose Ramos hit a home run for Syracuse, but the team struggled with runners in scoring position, going 4-for-15. For Lehigh Valley, Colby Thomas and Raider Tello both homered, while Wuilfredo Antunez contributed a triple and two runs scored. The IronPigs' victory concludes the regular season for the Triple-A clubs.
