Syracuse women's soccer defeats Princeton 3-0

Syracuse women’s soccer defeated Princeton 3-0 at the SU Soccer Stadium, maintaining an unbeaten start to the season. The victory brings the Orange record to 3-0-1, matching the program’s best four-game start since 2024.

Vickie Jones opened the scoring in the 27th minute by converting a penalty kick following a foul in the box. Syracuse extended the lead early in the second half with two goals scored just 21 seconds apart. Abby Incorvaia headed in a cross from Ali Howard in the 59th minute, then provided an assist to Farrah Stephens-Martin, who directed the ball into the lower corner of the net.

Goalkeeper Maya Naimoli recorded her third shutout of the season, making five saves and limiting Princeton to five shots on goal. Syracuse will next host Niagara on Thursday, August 27.
