SYRIZA launches new political campaign to signal party restart

The Greek political party SYRIZA-PS has launched a new communication campaign titled ‘We are returning, we are moving forward’ (Επιστρέφουμε, προχωράμε). The campaign aims to signal a political restart and counter rumors regarding the party's potential dissolution or weakening.

The first 47-second video features prominent party members Rena Dourou, Pavlos Polakis, and Nikos Pappas at the party's headquarters on Koumoundourou Square. The campaign acknowledges past internal issues, citing ‘unwise choices of the previous leadership’ and ‘incorrect messages from MPs and officials’ that led to departures and a loss of electoral influence.

SYRIZA claims that its base remains strong with over 70,000 members and asserts that voters who had previously moved to other parties are returning. The party plans to release dozens of additional spots featuring various members from Greece and abroad to shift the public focus from internal struggles toward political proposals and opposition.
