SYSPLAST GmbH to expand production capacity at new Roth site

SYSPLAST GmbH, a subsidiary of the publicly listed energenta AG, will move to a new production and logistics site in Roth near Nuremberg starting in the fourth quarter of 2026. The move is intended to facilitate a significant capacity expansion previously announced during a capital increase in July 2026.

The new facility, located on a 10,000 square meter plot, will allow the company to more than double its production capacity. The goal is to reach up to 12,000 tons of high-quality plastic granulates per year, including ABS, PS, PP, and PC-ABS. This expansion addresses limitations at the company's previous Nuremberg location, which faced constraints regarding space, electrical capacity, and logistics.

BENO Holding AG, based in Munich, is the landlord for the approximately 3,700 square meter existing area. The ten-year lease includes options for extension, and the landlord will also construct an additional production and storage hall while increasing the site's electrical connection capacity. The Roth location offers improved connectivity via the B2, A6, and A9 motorways, as well as access to the European waterway network through the Roth harbor on the Main-Danube Canal.
