Systech launches AI-powered traceability platform for pharmaceutical supply chains

Systech, a brand of Markem-Imaje and Dover, has launched Systech TraceIQ, an enterprise traceability platform designed for the pharmaceutical industry. The platform aims to move beyond basic regulatory compliance by utilizing an AI-assisted analytics layer to provide operational intelligence.

While traditional serialization tools act as systems of record to meet mandates, TraceIQ is intended to help manufacturers prevent disruptions, accelerate the resolution of exceptions, and improve product availability. By transforming transaction records into actionable insights, the platform helps supply chain, quality, and compliance teams identify root causes of issues more quickly to avoid shipment delays and operational inefficiencies.

The software is already in production with customers and is being demonstrated at the Healthcare Distribution Alliance Traceability Seminar.
