System Shock VR announced for PS VR2, PC, and Meta Quest

Flat2VR Studios has announced System Shock VR, an official virtual reality version of the 2023 remake developed by Nightdive Studios. The announcement was made during the VR Games Showcase in August 2026.

The title is set to launch on PlayStation VR2, PC via SteamVR, and Meta Quest. While a specific release date has not been confirmed, the game is already available for wishlisting on all targeted platforms.

Players will experience the sci-fi narrative involving the Citadel Station and the rogue AI SHODAN. Gameplay will involve exploring various station environments, such as medical facilities and research labs, while utilizing tools, weapons, and technical data to navigate and counter security measures.
