SZA debuts first Vans collaboration collection ‘VANSZA’

R&B artist SZA has unveiled her first collaborative collection with Vans, titled ‘VANSZA Drop 1’. Following her appointment as Artistic Director for the brand, the collection features a mix of footwear, apparel, and accessories inspired by nature, creativity, and personal anecdotes.

Key footwear items include the Premium Knu Skool Mule and the Authentic Kickdown. The Kickdown model features a collapsible heel designed to allow the shoe to be worn as a slip-on, a design choice SZA noted was inspired by her habit of stepping on the backs of her shoes. The collection also includes custom artwork by Sage Adams and motifs such as butterflies, sea creatures, and duck camo.

The collection is scheduled to launch on October 22, 2026, through Vans online stores and select retail locations, including the Vans store in Shinsaibashi PARCO, Japan. SZA is also slated to make special appearances at locations in California and New Jersey in mid-October.
