Szadán homeowner suffers multi-million loss in real estate fraud

A property owner in Szadán, Marianna Kiss, has fallen victim to a significant real estate fraud involving tenants who initially expressed interest in purchasing her family home. Despite using a professional real estate agent and a formal lease agreement, the tenants caused millions in damages and accumulated substantial utility debts.

The tenants reportedly delayed the sale process and deposit payments for months using various excuses. Additionally, they performed dangerous modifications to the heating system, creating life-threatening conditions within the property.
