Szczepów Palace put up for sale by detective Krzysztof Rutkowski

Krzysztof Rutkowski, a well-known detective, has placed the Szczepów Palace near Głogów, Lower Silesia, on the market. The asking price has been reduced from 10 million PLN to 8.5 million PLN, reportedly due to the property requiring extensive renovation.

Constructed in the late 18th and early 19th centuries with Baroque origins, the palace was later modernized to resemble a French chateau. The estate includes approximately 1,200 square meters of usable space within a three-story building featuring six ballrooms, a conference room, and various residential quarters.

The expansive complex is situated on over 283,000 square meters of land, comprising a 13-hectare landscape park with 300-year-old trees, a moat, a pond, and a 75-meter pool, as well as 14 hectares of agricultural land. Additional structures on the property include former residential, economic, and sacred buildings such as a coach house, stables, and a chapel.
