Sziget Festival returns to Budapest with diverse lineup

The Sziget Festival returned to Óbuda Island in Budapest, maintaining its reputation as one of Europe’s most diverse music events. The 2026 edition featured a wide array of international superstars and emerging artists across multiple stages.

Irish artists Jazzy and Curtisy made their festival debuts on the opening night. Curtisy, an alternative hip-hop artist from Tallaght, performed in the Yard area, while dance artist Jazzy performed at the Yettel Colosseum in the Delta District. The festival attracted a large, diverse crowd of approximately 360,000 visitors.
