Szombierki Power Plant revitalization project underway in Bytom

Grupa Arche is leading a major revitalization project at the Szombierki Power Plant in Bytom, Poland. The investment, valued at 589.2 million PLN, aims to transform the century-old industrial monument into a multifunctional complex featuring a hotel with over 200 rooms, cultural and sports zones, a spa, a swimming pool, and museum spaces.

Supported by EU funds from the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 program, the project currently employs more than 400 workers daily. The revitalization is considered one of the largest and most ambitious post-industrial investments in Europe. Completion of the project is expected between late 2027 and 2028.
