Tô Diệp Hà to debut in film “Chị chị Em em 3”

Beauty queen Tô Diệp Hà is set to make her film debut in “Chị chị Em em 3,” the latest installment in the film series produced by Will Vũ. She will portray the cousin of Thị Mầu, a central character played by beauty queen Kỳ Duyên.

Because the character of the cousin does not exist in the original traditional chèo play “Quan Âm Thị Kính,” the role is considered an “unknown factor” in the production. This new character provides creative freedom for the filmmakers, as there is no established stage archetype to follow. The role is expected to explore complex female relationships, a recurring theme in the previous films of the franchise.
