T-Mobile announces Jessica Uhl as future CFO

T-Mobile has announced a long-term leadership succession plan for its Chief Financial Officer position. Jessica Uhl will join the company as CFO Designate in mid-September, working alongside current CFO Peter Osvaldik during an extended transition period.

Uhl is expected to officially succeed Osvaldik as CFO in February 2027. Following the transition, Osvaldik will serve as a Strategic Advisor until his retirement on July 1, 2027. Uhl joins T-Mobile from GE Vernova, where she served as President, and previously held the role of CFO at Shell.

CEO Srini Gopalan noted that the hire is the result of a thorough search process, highlighting Uhl’s expertise in capital allocation and strategic leadership. T-Mobile reaffirmed its 2026 financial guidance and stated that its capital return program and long-term financial framework remain unchanged.
