T-Systems Brazil appoints Marcelo Zuccas as Managing Director and Angélica Vitali as COO
T-Systems Brazil, the Brazilian subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, announced a leadership overhaul. Marcelo Zuccas was named Managing Director, bringing over 30 years of experience at global technology firms such as IBM, Samsung and NCR, where he oversaw operations, commercial areas and growth strategy in the United States and Latin America.
The company also created a new Chief Operating Officer position, filled by Angélica Vitali, who has been with T‑Systems since 2003 and led the Brazilian operation since 2019. Vitali will drive organizational transformation, process optimisation, delivery innovation, operational governance and execution excellence. Both executives said their priority is to deepen client relationships, accelerate market‑focused innovation and strengthen the company’s growth agenda in Brazil.
