T-Systems signs four-year equality plan with union support
T-Systems ITC Iberia SAU, a digitalization services division of Deutsche Telekom, has signed its IV Equality Plan, covering the period from 2026 to 2030. The agreement was reached with the unanimous support of all present trade unions, including CCOO, USO, UGT, and CGT.
The plan includes 39 specific measures designed to advance equal opportunities between men and women across all aspects of the professional relationship, such as hiring, promotion, compensation, and work-life balance. The document has already been registered with the competent labor authority.

The company previously achieved 50% female representation on its Board and continues to promote STEM vocations through initiatives like ‘Girls in Tech Day’.
