Moroccan T2S Group Holding IPO draws over 110,000 investors on Casablanca Stock Exchange

T2S Group Holding, a leading medical‑technology firm in Morocco, completed its initial public offering on the Casablanca Stock Exchange in July 2026. The IPO was subscribed roughly 44 times, with 111,149 investors participating and a subscription coverage of 43.75‑times. The issue raised about 48.12 billion dirhams (approximately 1 billion USD) at a share price of 223 dirhams, allocating 1.569 million new shares and a free‑float of 3.363 million shares.

The market debut was highlighted by Casablanca Stock Exchange officials. Director General Nasser Seddiqi and board chair Brahim Benjelloun Touimi praised the strong demand as evidence of growing confidence in Morocco’s capital market and its capacity to fund long‑term corporate growth. CEO Abderraouf Sordo called the day historic for the group, emphasizing a commitment to transparency and accelerated development, including a 2026‑2030 investment plan focused on AI‑driven digital health solutions and expansion across African markets.
