Ta Chi Nhu mountain sunset captures social media attention
A sunset scene captured at the summit of Ta Chi Nhu mountain has gained significant attention on social media. The footage, recorded in early October at approximately 5:00 PM, showcases a vast sea of white clouds flowing through valleys and around the peaks of the Hoang Lien Son range.
The visual is characterized by golden sunlight piercing through the clouds and illuminating wildflowers on the mountain slopes. A notable feature of the scene is a herd of horses grazing on the summit at an altitude of nearly 3,000 meters. This sight is attributed to local traditions where residents allow livestock to graze freely on high mountain slopes.
Ta Chi Nhu stands at 2,979 meters and is one of the highest peaks in Vietnam, located in the Tram Tau area. The mountain holds different names among local ethnic groups, such as Phu Song Sung in Thai and Chung Chua Nha in Hmong.
