TA Triumph-Adler introduces Cotopat for real-time AI communication

TA Triumph-Adler has expanded its product portfolio to include Cotopat, a cloud-based communication system designed to facilitate real-time, accessible interaction at service counters.

The system uses artificial intelligence to transcribe spoken language, translate it into more than 100 languages, and display the content on a transparent projection surface. This technology aims to assist individuals with hearing impairments or language barriers in environments such as government offices, clinics, educational institutions, and medical practices.

Implementation of the system requires careful consideration of data protection regulations regarding audio recordings and transcripts. While the AI provides real-time summaries and translations, it is noted that these should be verified for critical matters to ensure accuracy.
