TA Triumph-Adler introduces Cotopat real-time translation system

TA Triumph-Adler has expanded its product portfolio to include Cotopat, a cloud-based communication system developed by Kyocera. The point-of-service solution is designed to facilitate accessible communication by recognizing spoken language in real time and translating it into more than 100 languages. The system displays translations as text and can supplement them with images and videos.

Cotopat aims to overcome communication barriers for the hearing impaired, elderly individuals, and people with different native languages. The technology is intended for use in institutions that perform essential social or state functions, such as hospitals, government agencies, and educational facilities. The system utilizes AI-supported transcription and translation to allow for direct interaction at service counters without the need for professional interpreters or extensive IT infrastructure.
