TAAG expands to Guangzhou and adds Civitatis partnership
TAAG airline announced it will operate flights between Luanda and Guangzhou, China, creating a link that connects Brazil, Africa and Asia. The new service offers Brazilian travelers a direct connection via Angola to southern China, opening tourism and business opportunities. Guangzhou is described as a major economic and cultural hub, with attractions such as the Canton Tower, Shamian Island, the Chen Family Temple and famous Cantonese cuisine, and provides easy access to nearby Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
At the same time, TAAG signed a strategic partnership with Civitatis, a global platform for booking tours, activities and transfers. The collaboration enables TAAG passengers to purchase flights and a wide range of travel experiences through a single digital channel, supporting the airline’s digital‑transformation plan and aiming to deliver a more integrated travel experience for leisure and business customers.
