TAAI to host 69th Convention in Kolkata

The Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) will host its 69th Convention & Exhibition in Kolkata, West Bengal, from October 25 to 27, 2026. Held at the ITC Royal Bengal, the event marks the association’s 75th anniversary of service to the Indian travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.

In a departure from previous years where the convention was held overseas, the decision to host the event in India aligns with a focus on promoting domestic tourism and showcasing the country’s potential to the global travel community. The association represents approximately 2,500 member companies involved in inbound, outbound, and domestic tourism, as well as MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism.
