Tabasco pageant candidates visit Palacio de Gobierno
Fourteen candidates for the Niña Independencia DIF Tabasco 2026 pageant visited the Palacio de Gobierno to learn about the historical significance of the site. Accompanied by Aurora Raleigh de la Cruz, the honorary president of the state's DIF system, the children—who represent various Child Care Centers (CAI)—toured the building to strengthen their cultural identity and understanding of government functions.
The tour included viewing artworks in the main hall, such as portraits of former governors and the poet Carlos Pellicer Cámara, as well as visiting the José Gorostiza and Governors' rooms. The event is organized to support the children of the CAI and promote local traditions.
