Taberna 11 opens Spanish tapas restaurant in Casablanca

Mehdi Hsissen and his son, Ghali Hsissen, have launched Taberna 11, a new Spanish tapas restaurant located on Rue Mozart in Casablanca. The family project is inspired by the atmosphere and cuisine of three iconic Barcelona establishments: Ciudad Condal, Vinitus, and Cervecería Catalana.

To ensure an authentic experience, the founders collaborated with the executive chef of those Barcelona venues to develop the menu. The restaurant aims to provide generous, shareable tapas at accessible prices, focusing on a warm and lively social atmosphere intended for families and friends.
