Taco Bell and Milk Bar announce Birthday Cake Empanada collaboration

Taco Bell and the American bakery company Milk Bar have announced a collaboration to launch the Milk Bar Birthday Cake Empanada. The new dessert is scheduled to be released on October 15 at participating locations across the United States.

The empanada will feature a cake batter flavored filling, pink frosting, and rainbow sprinkles, priced at $3.49. This partnership follows previous collaborations between the two brands in 2022 and 2025. As part of the launch, Taco Bell Rewards Members celebrating their birthdays may be eligible to choose between a free Milk Bar Birthday Cake Empanada or a Baja Blast between October 15 and October 28.
