Taco Bell to move to larger Irvine headquarters

Taco Bell and its sister company, Habit Burger & Grill, are relocating their headquarters to a larger campus in Irvine, California. The move to the Alton HQ campus is expected to be completed by 2028.

Owned by Yum! Brands, the two companies will occupy a 254,000-square-foot facility, which is approximately 70,000 square feet larger than their current location. The new three-building campus is designed to accommodate 1,100 people and will feature amenities such as a fitness center, a cafe, an outdoor workspace, and a dedicated test kitchen.

The lease represents the largest office lease in Orange County in five years. The Alton HQ property is owned by Irvine Company Office Properties. Taco Bell executives Sean Tresvant and Shannon Hennessy stated that the new campus is an investment in their teams to provide more space for collaboration and creativity.
