Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen in Jersey City has been recognized as the premier location for nachos in New Jersey. According to a report from Lovefood, the establishment is cited as the ultimate destination for vegan nachos in the state.

The restaurant's signature dish, Viva La Nachos, features hand-cut tortillas topped with black beans, salsa, cheese, crema, and marinated peppers. Customers can further customize the dish with additions such as fried avocado, Beyond Tacoriza (vegan chorizo), or charred Brussels sprouts in chipotle sauce.
