Tadeusz Kantor Exhibition Opens at Venice Biennale

The contemporary art show "Emballage, Cricotage and Madame Jarema" opened in Venice's Procuratie Vecchie, part of the 61st La Biennale Arte. The exhibition presents works by Polish post‑war artist Tadeusz Kantor, whose career spanned the turmoil of the 20th century, alongside pieces by Ryszard Winiarski, Ewa Kuryluk and Andrzej Wróblewski.

The display is sponsored by the Starak Family Foundation, which has supported Polish artistic heritage since 2008. Curators explore themes of memory, trauma and the body as a medium, inviting visitors to consider how personal and collective histories are preserved in art.
