Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin co-own $13.2 million luxury residence

BIGBANG singer Taeyang and actress Min Hyo Rin have purchased a luxury apartment in Janghak Paarc Hannam, an area often referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills of Seoul,’ for approximately $13.2 million (342 billion VND).

The property is registered under both names, with a 2018 ownership agreement specifying that Taeyang holds a 94% stake while Min Hyo Rin holds 6%. This co-ownership structure is noted as a method for managing significant assets and potentially providing tax benefits.

The couple, who met while filming the ‘1AM’ music video in 2014, officially confirmed their relationship in 2015. Their new residence is valued higher than several other high-profile celebrity properties in South Korea, including those owned by members of BTS and IU.
