Tafoya Real Estate joins eXp Realty

Tafoya Real Estate, a 37-agent team based in Fresno, California, has moved from The Real Brokerage to join eXp Realty, a subsidiary of AGNT Inc. Founded by Scott Tafoya in 2018, the group serves California’s Central Valley, including Clovis, Madera, and Visalia.

The team reported $87.92 million in production across 172 transaction sides during 2024 and 2025. This performance earned them recognition as a California Mega Team in the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings, where they ranked 75th in volume and 61st in transaction sides within the state.

Tafoya Real Estate operates an ecosystem that includes luxury homes, agricultural land, commercial and multifamily properties, and in-house services such as lending, coaching, and agent development. As part of the move, the team will maintain its large North Fresno office, which will serve as a physical hub for eXp agents to facilitate training, content creation, and in-person collaboration.
