Tahto judicial recovery plan approved, paving way for sale

Tahto, a major Brazilian company specializing in Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), has had its judicial recovery plan approved by the General Assembly of Creditors. This decision is a significant step in a restructuring process stemming from the judicial recovery of the Oi group.

The approval allows the company to proceed with its business plan, which includes the sale of the firm. Tahto expects to publish an auction notice shortly to define a new shareholder, marking the beginning of a new operational cycle.

CEO Luís Ricardo Ferreira stated that the approval is a milestone resulting from responsible and resilient work. He noted that during the process, the company maintained its operations, expanded contracts, opened new units, and invested in professional qualification and innovation.
