Taichi Shiozaki to appear on Chidori Kamaitachi Golden Hour

Taichi Shiozaki, a member of the dance and vocal group M!LK, will appear on the Nippon TV variety program ‘Chidori Kamaitachi Golden Hour’ on October 21. The episode features a special segment titled ‘Diet is Painful Grand Prix,’ where comedians and guests test various trending weight loss methods.

During the broadcast, Shiozaki will discuss his childhood experiences and reveal photos from when he was younger. The program also features special guests Shotaro Mamiya and Shuhei Nomura, who will share their personal experiences with dieting. Mamiya noted that he successfully lost 8 kilograms in a short period following a period of inactivity during the pandemic.

Other participants in the weight loss challenge include comedians such as Miki Inada, Ketsu, Kyonchi, and Nishida, who will each attempt different dietary methods to determine which is most effective.
