Taichung City invests in school infrastructure and campus facilities

Taichung City is advancing several school infrastructure projects to improve campus facilities for students. In Dali District, the city has completed the Lumina Astra Pavilion at Guangzheng Junior High School. The project, costing over 94 million TWD, provides the school with its first dedicated activity center in 30 years, featuring a stage, indoor basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts.

Additionally, in Tanzi District, Tanzi Elementary School has completed a replacement of its 33-year-old air conditioning system in the school's activity center. This upgrade, funded by a 5 million TWD allocation, aims to reduce energy consumption and maintenance issues. Local officials have also secured an additional 4.9 million TWD to improve the paving of the school's front courtyard to enhance the campus environment.
