Taichung Port Hotel launches sea line travel package
Taichung Port Hotel has launched the ‘Follow the Ohayo Sea Line’ room package to coincide with the September start of government-sponsored weekday accommodation rewards. The promotion aims to encourage travelers to explore the Taichung coastline, specifically targeting areas such as the Gaomei Wetlands, Wuchi Old Street, and Wuchi Fishing Port.
The package offers various room types, including elegant double rooms starting at NT$3,480 per night, luxury double rooms at NT$3,980, and family or parent-child themed rooms ranging from NT$4,880 to NT$7,580. To qualify for the promotion, guests must stay for at least two consecutive nights.
In addition to discounted rates, the hotel is providing extra incentives for guests using the accommodation rewards, such as snack vouchers for the PIER 88 restaurant and a 20% discount on weekday dining at the same venue. Families can also receive DIY craft vouchers. The hotel’s initiative seeks to integrate lodging, dining, and local ecological experiences, such as guided tours of the Gaomei Wetlands.
