Taif Governor inspects development projects and signs eight partnership agreements

Prince Fawaz bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Taif, conducted a field inspection of several ongoing developmental and investment projects within the governorate. Accompanied by Taif Mayor Engineer Abdullah Al-Zaidi, the tour included a review of the ‘Manafe’ project, which spans 2.5 million square meters across the Rehab, North Taif Summit, and Waqdan areas, designated for automotive workshops and showrooms.

During the visit, eight cooperation and partnership agreements were signed across various sectors. These include initiatives for food safety excellence, hydrological studies in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy, and tourism sector development with Dan Company. Additionally, agreements were made with Sumou Company to develop the central area and its western extension, as well as partnerships with the Taif Chamber of Commerce to enhance municipal inspection and food safety standards using the HACCP system.

The Governor also inspected the ‘Othaim Hills’ project, a site exceeding 250,000 square meters featuring hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The tour concluded with a visit to the second edition of the ‘Future Build 2’ real estate exhibition and the inauguration of the ‘Sawaed Taif’ volunteer initiative.
