Taipei City hosts recruitment drive with 457 job openings

The Taipei City Employment Service Office is hosting a series of on-site recruitment events from September 29 to October 2. The initiative aims to assist citizens looking for new career paths, part-time work, or entry-level positions following the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday.

Twenty different enterprises are participating, offering a total of 457 job openings across various sectors, including hospitality, catering, retail, long-term care, and transportation. Notable employers include YouBike, which is recruiting for maintenance and dispatch specialists, and Taipei Marriott Hotel, which has openings in its culinary departments.

The recruitment drive emphasizes diverse career development, ranging from basic service roles to management trainee positions. The long-term care sector is also a significant focus, with multiple agencies offering roles for caregivers and case managers.
